It is my great pleasure to introduce the "wish fulfilling tree of yoga" to those who are seeking a satisfying and fulfilling means to balance mind, body and spirit.

 

I am a 500-hour certified yoga and meditation instructor.

 

I enjoy teaching slow, mindful movement, with therapeutic effects on the mind, spirit and body.

 

I also love teaching a flowing, ever-changing vinyasa class, where the challenge comes from the intersection of balance, strength and flexibility.

 

Past workshops include Creating Your Own Mala, Yoga for Balance (Mind, Body, Spirit), and Manifesting Abundance.

 

Every Fall I look forward to our Uplift Yoga Retreat at the Christine Center in Williard, WI. It is a beautiful time of year to take in the abundance of nature and express thanks for everything around us.
